Aging Well Programs Newsletter - Upcoming EventsView in browser

Dear Readers,

There are many opportunities to process grief here in Chaffee County. Grief programming offers vital support for those navigating the loss of a loved one, especially as we age and face inevitable life transitions. These programs provide a safe, compassionate space to process grief, share stories, and connect with others on similar journeys. Engaging in grief programming can promote emotional resilience, encourage healthy coping mechanisms, and prevent the isolation that sometimes accompanies loss. By addressing grief directly, we allow space for healing, fostering well-being, and mental health during our later years. Embracing these resources can significantly enrich our ability to age well, emotionally grounded and supported. Be sure to take a look at all of the grief support offerings available in both Buena Vista and Salida.
